Sambal Chicken (Chicken in spicy and fragrant chilli paste)

This recipe represent another traditional Malaysian dish. I have posted a recipe of the sambal squid on 26 March 2012. This mouth watering dish is simply replaced with chicken pieces! Fry the chicken pieces before adding to the sambal paste!
