Getting your hands on some basic spices is the key to creating new authentic dishes! It is a fun and rewarding journey to discover what you can achieve while infusing your own cooking style J
You need to experiment to tantalise and expand your tastebuds! Cook with your instincts, smell and taste the flavours, feel the texture, be adventurous and cultivate your passion on different types of cuisine. Recipes are only guides and do not let that restrict your imagination! J

· Cumin seeds, green cardamom pods, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cinnamon sticks and powder, saffron, fenugreek, black cardamom seeds, five spice powder, nutmeg, shrimp paste, tamarind paste, palm sugar, garam masala, turmeric powder, dried chillies, Malaysian curry powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, sumac, star anise, cloves, Sze Chuan peppercorns, black peppercorns and white pepper powder, desiccated coconut, dukkah, chilli powder and chilli flakes, corn flour and rice flour, sesame oil, chinese rice wine, white vinegar etc…..
