Roast loin pork
Ingredients
- 1 loin pork roast
- Fresh dill
- Garlic cloves
- 2 lemons, sliced
- Fresh thyme
- Dried cloves
- Cracked pepper and salt to taste
- Olive oil
- Arrange sliced lemons on baking tray, top with fresh dill and thyme and a few garlic cloves, Drizzle with some olive oil.
- Place the meat on top of the lemon slices, rub with cracked pepper and salt. Place herbs and more garlic cloves on the meat.
- Add some dried cloves in between the layer of fat. Drizzle with some oil and roast until tender and crispy crackling appears.
