Korean beef
Ingredients
  • 500g mince beef
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • Chopped spring onions or chives
  • Handful of sesame seeds
Method
  1. Preheat pan and drizzle with some peanut oil.
  2. Fry garlic until fragrant, add beef. Cook until brown.
  3. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chilli flakes and black pepper into a bowl. 
  4. Drizzle this mixture over the beef. Cook until caramelised.
  5. Serve beef over some rice. Top with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
