Ingredients
- 500g mince beef
- 5 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Chopped spring onions or chives
- Handful of sesame seeds
- Preheat pan and drizzle with some peanut oil.
- Fry garlic until fragrant, add beef. Cook until brown.
- Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chilli flakes and black pepper into a bowl.
- Drizzle this mixture over the beef. Cook until caramelised.
- Serve beef over some rice. Top with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
