Certified Organic food

Go for Certified Organic food!
The Certified Organic industry is the one of the best, and safest food systems available anywhere, because it is policed. Every Certified Organic farmer has to go through a complex 3 year process before they are able to become Certified. Their farms are inspected each year by qualified Inspectors. Farm Management plans are provided by the farmer.

There is little policing of farming methods with the chemical-farmers. The chemical-farming industry is self regulating. There is no regular, standard, monitoring taking place at all. If an Organic farmer has a problem, he has to seek a mentor or work it out by trial and error and apply natural wisdom and common sense. If a chemical-farmer has an issue, the toxic chemicals often untested, fix it up.
